Led the Change Management for delivery of a large, bank-wide transformation program in response to APRA’s Prudential Inquiry into banking in 2018.
Helped to uplift program team capability whilst delivering change management across 9 streams of work aimed to improve risk outcomes within the Group’s Enterprise Services function.
2019 - 2020

Led and implemented major people and operational change initiative.
Led the change, communications, training and cultural uplift for the centralisation, operationalisation and uplift of Risk Management practices and culture in the Engineering and Operations function of a major Australian Telco.
2017 - 2018

Planned and delivered uplift risk in culture and capability within Enterprise Services function of major Australian bank.
• Led and facilitated workshops across all levels and divisions, reporting on current-state risk culture, drivers and common themes.
• Conducted leadership engagement sessions to socialize outcomes and drive improvement actions.
• Led the delivery of a capability assessment, report and uplift plan for Enterprise Services Line 1 and Line 2 Risk and Controls teams.
• Conducted program planning (including OCM) for the delivery of Risk Culture uplift activity across Enterprise Services stakeholder group (6000+), including communications & stakeholder engagement, reward and recognition, development planning, business reporting and other behavioural interventions to address regulatory remediation requirements.

Enabled and accelerated implementation of new, innovative models of integrated care.
Worked across internal Ministry of Health and external bodies including Public and Private Health Networks, eHealth and Agency for Clinical Innovation (ACI) to deliver against the Government’s Integrated Care strategy. This included:
• Development and initial implementation of the state-wide Integrated Care Reporting Framework.
• Planning and roll-out of systems and processes to facilitate monitoring and evaluation of Integrated Care program outcomes across patient, system and healthcare providers within the context of the state-wide Integrated Care Strategy.
2014 - 2015
protecting kids, professional services and Not-for-Profit service establishment
Designed and delivered a child protection risk management program to prevent child harm in organisations.
ChildPlace is a jointly delivered program involving the consulting and assurance skills of global Consulting firm, EY, whilst drawing upon the subject matter expertise of some of Australia’s most knowledgeable in the field, Bravehearts.
Founded in 2015, ChildPlace Health and Safety now delivers risk management services, training and education to organisations across the globe.
